Herbal Tea

An interesting and not commonly known fact about herbal tea is that it doesn't come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, which means that it is not an actual tea. It is an infusion of leaves, seeds, roots, or barks of useful and often medicinal plants. The word tea is used to describe the infusion of the herbs into hot water.
